- Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt of a written submission containing the specific URL/edition, paragraph reference, and supporting primary evidence.
- Editorial & Fact-Check Review: Conducted by the relevant Research Desk and Level-3/Level-5 Verification Editors within 7 working days.
- Resolution & Archival Note: Validated factual corrections or clarifications are appended with a transparent timestamped note within 15 days of receipt.
